• One-time codes have an expiry period and request limits.

• No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security; use a strong password and protect login codes.
Cookies and sessions

• Active sessions are managed to show devices and allow sign-out from other devices.

Sign-in and registration analytics
Sign-in and registration events and technical request information are processed to assess performance, security and how users arrive. This information is subject to the use and retention rules in this policy.
Site usage analytics
When Google Analytics is enabled and you consent, anonymous page and broad usage events are processed to measure site performance. Contact details, message content, session tokens and internal account identifiers are not sent for this purpose. You can change consent from the analytics consent settings.
Chat safety and violation handling
Messages and violation reports are reviewed to enforce chat rules, prevent disclosure of personal information and handle violations. Access is limited to people with the relevant permission.
Document acceptance records
To evidence explicit acceptance, we retain the account identifier, version, full document, text fingerprint, acceptance context and time. Each version has an independent record; a new acceptance does not overwrite an earlier one.
